Meet Korrie

Korrie Renee was born in Boston, Massachusetts. She graduated from Daytona State College in Daytona Beach, FL with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Supervision and Management.  She became a resident of Atlanta, GA in 2015.  In 2017, after years of thinking about becoming a Birth Doula, she took her training with Doulas of North America and joined the Atlanta Doula Collective as a volunteer Birth Doula.  It was not until 2019 after leaving corporate America that she decided to pursue Birth Doula work full time.  In 2019 she also obtained her certificate as a Placenta Encapsulation Specialist from National Black Doulas Association of Atlanta, GA.  She loves assisting families with their pregnancy, labor and delivery, as well as post partum journeys.
